Everything you might reasonably ask

The product, getting started, how your data is protected, and who is building it.

01

General & product overview

What CareIntell™ is, who it is for, and what makes it different.

CareIntell™ is being built for family caregivers who manage a parent’s or dependant’s medical care. You add the medical documents you already have, such as prescriptions, lab reports and discharge summaries. CareIntell organises them into one chronological medical history, links each entry to the document it came from, and prepares clinical summaries you can share with a treating doctor.

CareIntell is currently in early access and is not yet publicly available.

  • Adult children caring for aging parents, whether they live nearby or in another city.
  • NRIs coordinating care from overseas for parents in India.
  • Family members managing records for a dependant who cannot easily manage their own.

Doctors can review a summary that a family chooses to share with them.

A folder or chat keeps documents. It does not tell you what is in them. When a doctor asks when a medicine was started or what the last kidney test showed, someone still has to open each file and piece the answer together.

CareIntell reads the documents, places the documented events in date order, and keeps a link from every line back to its source. The history can be checked, rather than retold from memory.

  • A chronological medical history: consultations, investigations, admissions and medicines in date order.
  • Source links: each entry points back to the report it came from.
  • Gaps shown as gaps: missing or unclear details are marked, not filled in.
  • Clinical summaries: a concise view of the documented history to share before a consultation.

Some capabilities are still in development. Early-access members will be told which are available at each stage.

No. CareIntell is designed to help organise and make sense of health information. It does not provide medical advice and should never replace the diagnosis, treatment, or judgement of a qualified healthcare professional.

  • Share a summary with a doctor without anyone having to find the paper files.
  • Give an on-ground caregiver access to only what they need.

CareIntell does not replace local doctors or caregivers. It helps everyone work from the same information.

Yes. You can create a separate profile for each parent and keep their medical history, prescriptions, test reports, and health information organised in one secure place.

Getting started is simple. Create your account, add your parent as a Care Receiver, and upload any existing medical documents you have. You don’t need to organise everything at once. You can add information gradually over time.

No. Most families start with whatever information they already have. You can begin with a few prescriptions or reports and continue adding information over time as it becomes available.

We recommend you upload discharge summaries, lab reports for the last 12 to 24 months and all current and live prescriptions. We also let you manually edit the medication list as we understand there might be some medicine which could have changed over a conversation with a physician.

Managing care & sharing records

Caregivers, access, daily updates and sharing with doctors.

Yes. CareIntell is designed to help families and caregivers stay on the same page. Depending on your plan, you may be able to give trusted caregivers access to the information they need to support your parent’s care.

Absolutely. Your family’s privacy is important. You can choose who has access to your parent’s information, and caregivers should only see what they need to help provide care.

Your parent’s health information always stays with your family. If a caregiver stops providing support, you can remove their access and continue managing the record yourself or give access to a replacement caregiver.

Yes. You can record day-to-day changes such as sleep, appetite, activity levels, symptoms, glucose readings, and other observations. These updates can help build a better picture of your parent’s health over time.

CareIntell organises your parent’s medical history into a clear and easy-to-follow timeline, helping doctors quickly understand their healthcare journey.

You can share your parent’s health summary in the way that’s most convenient:

  • Share a secure link (URL) with a doctor or specialist
  • Generate a QR code for easy access during clinic visits or hospital appointments
  • Download a PDF that can be emailed, printed, or shared directly

This helps ensure your parent’s important medical information is available when it’s needed, without having to search through years of reports and prescriptions.

Data safety, privacy & security

Where records live, who can reach them, and how they are protected.

All data, including documents and backups, is stored and processed in India, on AWS infrastructure in Mumbai.

Before any information is sent to AI services for summarisation, it is de-identified, so your family’s identity is not disclosed.

CareIntell™ is designed around:

  • DPDPA 2023 (Digital Personal Data Protection Act): Aligned with the DPDP Act.
  • ABDM Framework: CareIntell’s integration with the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) infrastructure is planned for Phase 2, targeted for Q2 2027.
  • You hold total authority: No doctor, facility, or family member can see any record without your explicit digital permission.
  • Time-Bound Shares: You can grant temporary access (e.g., 24 hours) to a consulting physician, after which access automatically expires.
  • Granular Scoping: Share emergency triage data via QR code while keeping full medical histories locked.

Only you and the individuals you explicitly authorize. Neither hospital networks, third-party advertisers, nor platform administrators can access your family’s health profile without your consent.

  • Records are encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • Only the people the care sponsor authorises can see a record.
  • Important access and sharing events are logged.

No online system is free of risk. The Privacy Policy describes how we protect personal and health information.

Yes. Protecting your family’s health information is a top priority. We use security and privacy safeguards to protect your data and carefully control who can access it. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

We use AI to help organise and understand health information more efficiently. This includes:

  • Extracting information from medical documents
  • Identifying important medical conditions, medications, and clinical details
  • Creating health timelines and summaries
  • Detecting inconsistencies or contradictions across medical records

AI is used to assist families and healthcare conversations, not to make medical decisions.

When you upload medical documents, they are securely processed using technology hosted on AWS infrastructure located in Mumbai, India. This allows us to extract relevant health information and organise it into your parent’s health record.

No. CareIntell does not use your personal health information to train AI models.

We also require our technology partners not to use your data for model training. Where AI services are used to generate summaries, only de-identified information is shared so that your personal identity is not disclosed.
