Illustrative product concept with sample data

The process

From registration to a health story that stays current.

You don’t need every record on day one. Start with the papers you have and add more as you find them.

  1. 1You

    Register and add your parent

Create your account and a profile for each family member you care for, with their consent or a medical proxy form.

  2. 2You

    Snap or upload records

Take a photo of prescriptions, lab reports and discharge summaries, or upload PDFs.

  3. 3CareIntell

    The history is organised

Dates, medicines, tests and visits are picked out and placed in date order, each linked to its source.

  4. 4You

    Review and invite family

Check the history, update the medicine list, and invite family or caregivers with access you control.

  5. 5You & caregivers

    Keep it current

Add new reports after each visit and daily notes from caregivers. The history grows as care continues.

At the doctor’s

Give the doctor a clear history, not a stack of papers.

Doctors make better decisions when they can see what has already happened. CareIntell gives you a clear summary to hand over, with every entry linked to the original report, so the consultation starts with facts rather than memory.

Less time gathering history

Past visits, medicines and test results are already in date order, so the doctor spends less time piecing the story together.

A clearer basis for evaluation

Each entry links to the report it came from, so the doctor can check any detail against the original.

Fewer repeated tests

Recent results are easy to find, which helps the doctor decide whether a test really needs to be done again.

Smoother second opinions

Share one summary with a new specialist instead of collecting files from every hospital again.

Key information when it matters

In an emergency, current medicines, known conditions and recent results are ready to share in one place.

Three ways to share a summary

Choose what suits the visit. You decide what is shared and for how long.

Time-bound link

Send a secure link that expires after the time you set. The doctor can open the summary and view the source documents.

QR code

Show a QR code at the clinic. The doctor scans it to open the same summary on their own device.

Printed summary

Print the summary and hand it over in person if a link or QR code isn’t practical.

A printed copy does not include access to the source documents.

“CareIntell does not tell a physician what to think. It helps the physician see what has happened.”

Clear boundaries

What CareIntell does, and what it doesn’t.

CareIntell shows what has been documented. Medical decisions stay with your parent’s doctor.

CareIntell does

  • Organises documents and care notes into one history, in date order
  • Links each entry to the document it came from
  • Prepares factual summaries from what is documented
  • Shows missing or unclear details as gaps

CareIntell does not

  • Diagnose conditions
  • Prescribe, start or stop medicines
  • Replace your parent’s doctor
  • Fill gaps in the history with guesses
