01Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of careintell.ai, the CareIntell™ early access programme and the CareIntell™ app (together, the “Service”), provided by Ayurscan Technologies Private Limited (CIN: U62011TN2026PTC197177) (“CareIntell”, “we”, “us”).
By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
02Not medical advice
CareIntell™ organises health records and presents summaries, trends and flags to help you and your doctors. It does not diagnose, treat or provide medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional.
Automated extraction from documents can contain errors. Always confirm important information against the original record and with your doctor. In an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital.
03Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- Tell us promptly at hello@ayurscan.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
04Managing records for family members
When you add a parent, child or other person to your account, you confirm that you have their consent, or are their parent or lawful guardian, or are otherwise legally entitled to manage their health information. You are responsible for the access you grant to doctors and family members through the Service.
05Your content
You keep ownership of the records and information you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you and the people you authorise, and as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may export or delete Your Content at any time.
06Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload records of a person you are not authorised to manage;
- upload unlawful, misleading or infringing material, or post abusive comments;
- attempt to access other users’ data, probe or disrupt our systems, or bypass security controls;
- copy, reverse engineer or resell any part of the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
Comments on our Insights articles are moderated, and we may edit or remove any comment.
07Early access and waitlist
The Service is in early access. Features may change, be limited or be withdrawn while we develop the product. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access by a particular date, and no pricing, trial or other benefits are promised by joining.
08Third-party services and ABDM
Some features rely on third parties, including the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) and connected health facilities. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of records they provide.
09Intellectual property
CareIntell™, our logos, software, designs and content are owned by Ayurscan Technologies Private Limited and protected by intellectual property laws, including pending patent and trademark applications. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of these rights to you.
10Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on information in the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹5,000, whichever is higher.
11Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect users or the Service. On closure, your data is handled as set out in our Privacy Policy.
12Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection law, the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally.
13Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will post changes on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. Questions: hello@ayurscan.com.
